Welcome to Shedaro.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of shedaro.com and any purchase you make through the Shedaro online store.

Shedaro is a brand operated by NAADRA LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Throughout these Terms, “Shedaro,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to NAADRA LLC and the Shedaro store.

By visiting our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. Our Store

Shedaro operates an online retail store offering pet-care and home-care products, including reusable pet-hair removal products.

Our online store is hosted using Shopify’s ecommerce platform.

We may update, modify, discontinue, or introduce products and website features from time to time.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, photographs, dimensions, colors, pricing, and other information accurately.

However, the appearance of a product may vary slightly because of:

  • Screen and display settings
  • Lighting
  • Normal manufacturing variations
  • Photography
  • Product updates made by the manufacturer

For the Shedaro Reusable Pet Hair Roller, effectiveness may also vary depending on the type of fabric, surface, weave, and type or amount of pet hair.

We do not guarantee identical results on every surface.

3. Product Use

Products must be used reasonably and according to any instructions provided with the product.

Before using the roller on a delicate, unusual, or unfamiliar fabric, we recommend testing it on a small, inconspicuous area first.

Shedaro is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, modification of the product, or use inconsistent with its intended purpose, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on Shedaro are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.

The price charged is the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to any applicable taxes or adjustments clearly disclosed during checkout.

We may change product prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid for.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

We reserve the right, where reasonably necessary, to refuse or cancel an order because of circumstances such as:

  • Product unavailability
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
  • An invalid or undeliverable address
  • Technical or inventory errors
  • Orders that appear to be intended for unauthorized resale

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

6. Customer Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when placing an order.

This includes your:

  • Email address
  • Shipping address
  • Billing information
  • Other information reasonably required to fulfill the order

You are responsible for checking your shipping address before submitting your purchase.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact support@shedaro.com as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shedaro currently offers shipping according to the destinations and rates shown during checkout.

For U.S. orders, our current standard shipping offer is:

Orders generally require approximately 1–3 business days for processing before dispatch.

After dispatch, estimated U.S. delivery is generally approximately 7–12 business days.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, customs, transportation disruptions, high-volume periods, incorrect address information, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control can affect delivery.

U.S. sellers should make shipping promises based on a reasonable expectation that they can meet them, and shipping policies should accurately communicate expected timing.

9. Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with the order after shipment information becomes available.

Tracking systems may take additional time after dispatch to display their first update.

If you believe your order is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at support@shedaro.com with your order number.

10. Returns and Refunds

Eligible purchases may be returned in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Our current standard return window is 30 days from delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements described in that policy.

Customers should review the Refund Policy before returning an item because it explains return eligibility, procedures, and responsibility for return shipping. Clear disclosure of return periods and return-shipping responsibility is an important part of online-shopping policies.

The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

11. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If you believe you received an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact:

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate remedy consistent with our policies and applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated, the Shedaro name, branding, original website copy, original graphics, website design elements, and other original materials created for Shedaro are owned by or lawfully used by NAADRA LLC.

Third-party trademarks, product names, technologies, photographs, software, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, or falsely represent Shedaro-owned content as your own without permission, except where permitted by law.

13. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Shedaro website or services to:

  • Commit or attempt fraud
  • Submit false or misleading information

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shedaro and NAADRA LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products where such liability may lawfully be limited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including any non-waivable consumer rights.

19. Consumer Rights

These Terms are not intended to reduce rights provided to you by mandatory consumer-protection laws.

If applicable law gives you rights that conflict with a provision of these Terms, the mandatory legal protection will prevail to the extent required by law.

Shopify likewise advises merchants that customer-facing business information and policies must respect applicable consumer-protection requirements.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our store, services, policies, or applicable requirements.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

23. No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we permanently waive our right to enforce it later.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies incorporated into them—including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy—constitute the terms governing use of the Shedaro store and purchases made through it, subject to applicable law.

25. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws relevant to NAADRA LLC and the transaction, including the laws of the State of Wyoming where applicable, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that may apply based on a customer’s location.

I deliberately would not add mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver to Shedaro’s Terms without having a lawyer specifically review those provisions.
